Young Farmers & Ranchers (YF&R) promotes leadership skills for farmers ages 18-35. Members share a common bond for the agricultural lifestyle, are interested in leadership development, and are dedicated to solving problems facing agriculture — plus the social side of Farm Bureau.
What YF&R Offers
- Leadership development and networking with young farmers across Tennessee
- Competitions including the Discussion Meet, Excellence in Agriculture, and Young Farmer of the Year
- Statewide events: the Young Leaders Conference, Summer Conference, Fall Tour, and State Convention
